Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. Elite Window Tinting stands behind every installation with comprehensive warranty coverage, professional service commitments, and clear policies designed to protect your investment.

At Elite Window Tinting, we custom-cut and professionally install premium window films for vehicles, homes, businesses, boats, RVs, and heavy equipment. Because every job is uniquely measured and cut for your glass, all sales are final and materials are not returnable. Below you'll find exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to get help fast.
Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
We provide industry-leading warranty protection on all installations, combining manufacturer film warranties with our own service commitments.
Lifetime Coverage
Automotive installations include lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
Material Defects
Full coverage against bubbling, peeling, delamination, and adhesive failure under normal use conditions.
Workmanship Guarantee
Professional installation guarantee covering edge lifting, contamination, and application errors.
Transferable Options
Some manufacturer warranties may be transferable to new vehicle owners (terms vary by film brand).
1) Return Policy & Final Sale
All Sales Final: Window film is custom cut to each window and cannot be restocked or reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges once film has been cut or installation has begun.
Non-Refundable Deposits: To reserve mobile/shop time and materials, deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled for any reason.
Rescheduling: If you need to move your appointment, give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll transfer your deposit to a new date one time at no cost. Reschedules inside 48 hours may require a new deposit.
Customer Unavailability: For mobile installations, if you are not available when our team arrives at the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited and require a new booking.
2) Manufacturer Warranty (Film Product)
Most of our films (e.g., TintX Carbon, 3M Obsidian, 3M Ceramic IR, 3M Crystalline) include a manufacturer-backed limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser on qualifying applications. Typical coverage includes:

- Bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination
- Discoloration due to manufacturing defect
Terms:
- Replacement of defective film per manufacturer terms
- Generally not transferable; coverage applies to original purchaser
- Invoice and/or warranty card required
Note: Exact coverage terms are set by the manufacturer. We'll help you verify eligibility and handle documentation.
3) Elite Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our installs. If you experience a workmanship issue (e.g., clear contamination cluster larger than manufacturer tolerance, lifting edge, missed trim) within 30 days of installation, we will inspect and correct it at no charge.
Please contact us within 30 days and include photos and your invoice number.
Workmanship coverage does not extend to damage caused after delivery (e.g., scraping blades, pets, impact, aftermarket stickers applied to film, etc.).
4) What's Not Covered (Common Exclusions)
Customer-caused damage: cleaners with ammonia/abrasives, blades on film, pet scratches, impact, vandalism, glass breakage.
Environmental wear: hard-water spotting, chemical fallout, salt deposits not cleaned, seal failure in insulated units.
Design/physics limitations such as:
- Curing moisture & haze during the normal dry time (water pockets often dissipate in days).
- Dot-matrix / ceramic frit areas that can appear slightly silvery or textured.
- Pre-existing glass defects (scratches, chips, distortion, aftermarket coatings).
Legal/Regulatory compliance: Customer is responsible for selecting a legal shade in their jurisdiction. We can meter glass and recommend compliant options upon request.
5) Care & Maintenance (Keep Your Warranty Valid)
- Clean only with ammonia-free glass cleaner or distilled water + a few drops of baby shampoo.
- Use a soft microfiber and optional soft-rubber squeegee; no blades or abrasives on film.
- Wait to clean until curing completes: 3–10 days for vehicles (longer if cool/humid), 7–14 days for large residential/commercial panes.
- Avoid directing steam/pressure washers at film edges and seals.
6) Mobile Install Conditions
For best results we require:
- • A clean, covered workspace (garage, bay, carport) with access to power.
- • The vehicle/property made available at the scheduled time.
- • Weather flexibility: we may reschedule if conditions risk quality (heavy rain, extreme temps, high winds). Rescheduling for weather does not forfeit your deposit.
7) How to File a Warranty Claim (Simple)
Gather Info
Invoice number, photos/video of the issue, your contact details.
Submit
Use our form and select "Warranty Claim."
Inspection
We review remotely and, if needed, schedule an on-site inspection.
Resolution
We repair or replace per the applicable warranty (manufacturer or workmanship).
8) Payments, Chargebacks & Disputes
Payment is due per the invoice terms.
Chargebacks for completed, warrantied work may delay resolution; we provide documentation of product selection, signed satisfaction/acknowledgment forms, photos, and cure-time guidance.
If a dispute arises, you agree to allow Elite Window Tinting a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy under the warranties above.
9) Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or accepting installation services from Elite Window Tinting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all-sales-final terms, non-refundable deposits, warranty coverage, and the claim process detailed above.
Your payment confirmation serves as your express consent to these terms. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
