Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elite Window Tint and because of that, all of our window film installations come with a 3M manufacturer backed warranty on material and labor. All of our films include a 3M lifetime warranty. As long as you own your vehicle, any imperfections (other than abuse) in your window film installation will be corrected to the highest window film industry standards at no additional cost to you.
And, because our window film installations are specifically cut to fit on your windows and once mounted onto the glass surface, cannot be removed and reused, there are No Refunds on any of our glass tinting services.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointments scheduled for installation that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 to 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to perform the work on your vehicle the day of installation due to customer will result in 100% cancellation fee.
We do understand that emergencies happen are very flexible and encourage you to reschedule your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
